I avoid going to this shop unless I absolutely have to. You have to go searching for staff if you need assistance and when you find them they are not very friendly or helpful. Read similar reviews about the Brunswick store having "no service" as well.

Large store with a huge range of fabric, zips, fasteners etc. Some of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, but a lot are not. We love the craft kits and craft bits. I think Spotlight is an essential community resource, given the range of fabric and bits. Great for "useful" presents

Very useful craft things and projects, our kids love the place and its hard to get them out of there. Often you can get stuff cheaper elsewhere, but its handy and has a very comprehensive range
