Great sized store with lots of products and selection. Lots of sales on constantly. Staff can be wonderful sometimes and not so much the next but overall a great experience

I really like this store. Recently went shopping for sheets which were not the standard size and found them here at a good price.

They used to have a toilet in the store - now they don't. This made the shopping experience a little more inconvenient, because it's quite a big store, and you need time to shop there if you're just browsing. However, if you're after something specific, you can usually find what you're looking for quite easily.

They stock fabrics, home furnishings & accessories, homewares, linen, craft, etc at good prices. Sometimes I can find what I want but of late I haven't been able to find a square vinyl tablecloth that suits the decor of my family room.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN TYPE OF NEEDLE I WENT TO LAYBY FOR HELP, THE LADY JUST POINTED TO WARE IT SHOULD BE WHEN I WAS ALREADY IN THE ILSE LOOKING, THEN AGAIN I WENT AND TOLD HER I CAN NOT FIND IT, SHE CALLED SOME STAFF TO HELP ME, THEN I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WALK 5 ILSE AWAY TO NUMBER 6 TO FIND SOME STAFF, TO HELP ME, THEN I WENT TO NUMBER 6 AND HAD TO WALK BACK TO ILSE 1 BACK TO NEEDLES FOR THE LADY TO HELP ME FIND IT,. THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE CAME TO ME, NOT ME WALK TO 6 AND THEN DOUBLE BACK,
