Great value for money as long as you are selective. Low cost curtaining fabric with good quality. Become a VIP card holder for extra benefits. Lots of variety to keep you browsing and it won't cost a fortune.
I've just fitted out a new office and spotlight did the blinds. I was very impressed, the quality is very high and the install was easy. They came in much cheaper than the rest - reckon I saved about $500.

I love Spotlight. It's a great place for any crafty type person. Unfortunately, I don't recommend calling them. The service in store, when you have a number, is great, and the staff helpful. But on the phone I have this feeling that they would rather hang up and let me come into the store.
This is very true and when you visit on a Sat you can be in line for over 40 mins waiting for help.. also there is noone on the floor to help so you still have to line up and take a number, even if you dont want to buy something and have a short question
You're right about the service - there simply aren't enough staff. Never visit within half an hour of closing time!
