Professional and accommodating. Very very busy practice so be prepared to wait. Bulk billing is available but the normal fee is a little steep at $55 and as he is very very busy you are lucky to see him for 5-10 minutes.

Dr Rezk has been our family doctor for many years now and we would never go to anyone else. Dr Rezk, his wonderful wife Emma and the great staff at Springwood family medical centre have treated our entire family with respect, courtesty and as a person, not just a number or dollar sign. We wonder how they find the time and the patience to do all that needs to be done everyday, however they do and always with a smile.

Dr Rezk recently took this on as a family GP medical centre. He is willing to build up relationship with his patients so we can keep healthy as well as go to him for specific health problems. He is aware of our financila situations and bulk bills when this helps.
2011 - Still with Dr Rezk but oh dear, the waits are now getting ridiculous - 9.30am appointment - didn't get seen until 12 noon. This wasn't a one off, it happens every time. This needs to be addressed, systems changed
