Have stayed here several times and in different rooms each time. The staff are great, welcoming, professional and happy to help. The location is fantastic on the Carlton edge of the CBD and therefore walking distance to attractions such as the Exhibition Building, Melbourne Gaol, Lygon Street and approx 20 minute walk to Queen Victoria Markets. As these are apartments with a laundry, balcony and fully functioning kitchen they are a great base for longer stays or with friends. There is an indoor, heated pool free to use for all guests and a small supermarket/bottle shop just around the corner from the front entrance to the building. The free tram that goes around the city stops out the front which is convenient to get around the cbd. A little pricey to go through their website but can be cheaper (at times) to go through something like wotif or lastminute.

Professional and accommodating. Very very busy practice so be prepared to wait. Bulk billing is available but the normal fee is a little steep at $55 and as he is very very busy you are lucky to see him for 5-10 minutes.

As a tenant : I have had good experiences with this real estate. I have found the rental department to be straightforward and easy to deal with.

Dishwasher repaired several months ago. Good Points : good quality work for a reasonable price. Bad Points : Unreliable regarding returning phone calls and turning up on time (will make a time and then not turn up or call to reschedule). Unfortunately this has happened several times now and I have had to start using a different service provider. Its a pity as i like to support small local businesses and Kieren does a good job with reasonable rates.

This is a one car business that focusses mainly on the springwood and immediate surrounding suburbs. Car is always spotlessly clean and the drivers are always polite, clean, knowledgeable about the area and friendly. They also have a rewards system for locals who use them often.

Have had my hair cut twice at this business. Love that the hairdresser will ask what you want and then adapt it to make it look good. They are a small friendly and very professional business. Will highly recommend.
