In the one order I bought 2 dresses from stfrock. I ordered both the same size and style but just a different print on the material. I received my order on time and both dresses fit fine. HOWEVER one dress is great quality, the fabric feels good and i believe it to be 100% cotton as it is stated to be in the description. The second dress was also described as 100% cotton but has poor quality material that is clearly not cotton and poor quality print.

Horrible horrible quality clothing and they won't refund me. I received a dress with holes in it! Disgusting! This is after I'd already returned a dress. The quality of the garments resembles NOTHING in their online pics! Don't buy from them. They only give store credit for their [redacted offensive language] dresses. The customer service was just plain rude. [redacted generalisations] I'm now $80 out of pocket.

Horrible customer service & quality.
The dress I received was poorly made, stitching was uneven & very visible, material was bad quality.
I went to returned my order to find out I had to pay for the return AND that they don't even offer a refund ONLY a store credit.
No sympathy was given when I expressed my disappointment with the garment & St Frocks policies.
Now I'm stuck with a store credit I don't want to use.
Steer clear of this site ladies.

Ordered my first dress and it arrived quickly and fits really well. The quality is really good and I'm so looking forward to making another order, I just hope all there products are of such high quality. Thank you.

Hi there, I just wanted to say a BIG thank you and let you know that I am so happy with your customer service! I returned a dress and stupidly did not have it tracked. After a few emails back and forth I am not really sure that you guys actually found it BUT you so very kindly gave me a store credit just this week. I have already ordered and received my order just 2 days later. This only makes me want to shop with you guys more and recommend you to my friends.

I bought one lovely dress from st frock, and was ready to rave about them.
But then, I bought two other items, which were both terrible quality.
Unfortunately, because of St Frock's prohibitive returns policies, I was expected to return these items at my own cost for store credit.
However, Australian consumer laws dictate that in the event of unacceptable quality, a customer chooses whether they get credit or a refund. In the circumstances, this seemed fair, as few would believe the quality of these items as acceptable!

I did contact the google trusted stores program and explained that in these circumstances, I preferred a refund. This helped me to get that refund.

I don't think I would shop at St Frock again.

Behavioural economists suggest that the best way to grow a business is to provide incentives for customers to buy your product. I can't think of any WORSE incentive to shopping at a store than making a customer send, at their own cost, bad quality items back at their own cost, and providing only store credit.
