I have been a patient of this medical centre for 2 years and decided enough was enough and voted with my feet. Many reasons, but main one was poor service. It is not unusual to be kep waiting up to an hour even though I was paying full fee which is close to $100 on weekends. Then there is little continuity of doctors who on one occasion gave conflicting advice, weekend vs. week day doctor. Lastly when I asked for my medical history to be printed out the reception made it pretty clear that she didn't want to do it even though there was no one in the clinic (so she was not busy) and to make me go away she agreed to do it for $50! I walked out.

St Ives Medical Centre are very friendly staff and always find a time to fit you in. great service.
