- All the magazines in the waiting room are from several years ago and in awful condition, pages ripped out everywhere. I recommend take your own reading material.
- Always busy. You *must* make an appointment, or wait for 1.5-2hrs at least to be seen.
- Receptionists are rude and aweful to deal with.

Actual experiences:

- Been there 5 times with an appointment, had to wait 45min minimum each time.
- Been there twice without an appointment, had to wait 2hrs both times.
- Receptionist gave me attitude when I asked when I should expect to see the doctor because I was concerned someone else with the same first name took my spot. Turns out someone did take my spot, receptionist demanded why I didn't say something sooner.
- Been frequently left on hold when calling reception, I've also seen them do this for no apparent reason while waiting at the counter.
- I've never had any really serious illnesses, so can't say as to the value of the doctors. However I've seen three different doctors and they are always polite, courteous and thorough.

Agree with a comment below cant believe a particular doctor was allowed to work there a particular doctor was vary vague and unsure I ended up in hospital having surgery after being told I was fine.

On the other hand it was quick to see him, app was bulk billed and the receptionists were lovely! So I guess just find out which doctors are highly recommended before you go. The waiting room is really nice and the wait time is fast, they are also open really late but obviously if I had to choose that or a good doctor you know what I'd choose.

I just moved to St Kilda and went for a routine GP visit this morning. I managed to get an appointment for 2 hours after I called, and was seen nearly on time. The background medical history check done by the doctor was the most extensive list of questions I've ever been asked as a new patient at a clinic. All seemed very thorough, and bulk billing is another plus.

Best to book an appointment or you can end up waiting for 1.5 hours but not to worry, there are 4 tvs there to pass the time.

Consultations are free if you have a medicare card. No gap to pay.

Its open 7 days a week until 11pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. Pathology is done on site as well.

Approximate cost: $Nil

The doctors there are super friendly and it is bulk billed! However, make sure you call in for a booking before making a visit and don't be late for you booking otherwise you will have to wait for a very long time.

Dr didn't cut out all mole, has to go to someone else to resolve. Attempted to burn another mole and missed! Can't believe the Dr I saw was qualified. Advertised themselves as skin cancer specialists but has no idea

Approximate cost: $0

It does depend on the doctor obviously but overall i would say its really good. I see Dr Kucuk and Dr Yui Yui (think that's the correct spellings). Both of whom are excellent doctors. Dr YY removed a mole from my back and i never felt a thing, even when it was healing, having stitches removed etc. I've just had a baby and i'm now taking her to Dr K to have her vaccinations and check ups.

Approximate cost: $n/a
