The reception staff are very rude and almost act like they can not be bothered dealing with any customers.
I have called to book an appointment a few times and been hung up on most of those times when I was saying goodbye.
Having said that, Dr Dilanka, the dr I see is absolutley amazing! She explains things in great detail so I understand and always gives me the best treatment and advice she possibly could. I see her everytime I go there now just because I know she is the best and I dont care if I have to wait over 20mins which is very rare.

I find that this practice varies greatly in the quality of their doctors. Sometimes you will see somebody absolutely fantastic and at other times you will get the doctor from hell. I highly rate some of their doctors, however I was assaulted by one doctor and had to report him to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Just be careful when you go here and, if possible, take someone with you that can witness the consultation.

I was in Melbourne last week and went down with a bad case of food poisoning.Not having a G.P in Melbourne I just called into the closest doctors surgery I could find. The receptionist was lovely and I had to wait for a while to see a doctor but the lady I saw was very nice. I have a fewhealth problems and she was very good about going through them before prescribing anything. They were very good.

For a bulk billing clinic, get em in and out service- I have always found the GP's here to be fantastic. Both the lady GP's and the men. Great opening hours and try to book at the start of the day- there is usually a bit of a wait.

I can't believe a practice can be so consistently behind schedule. I'm a patient person but the number of hours I have wasted in this waiting room cannot be comprehended. How can they be 30min+ late at 9am in the morning?? Remember to bring a long book to read, your Theseus if you're writing one, or your last will and testament because the bordom is excrutiating. The magazines are ancient, TVs are on mute and there is NO INTERNET.

I have been a few times to these doctors, first of all they have no communication skills with their clients, secondly they try to push you in and shove you out as quick as they can. There is no feeling of trust of comfort when you see doctors at this clinic. When I went in and was complaining of the runs (for the past 5 weeks) the doctor said to me "do you wash your hands after you go to the toilet because if you don't germs spread and cause you to have the runs" I was mortified, I am not a 5 year old child. I could not believe that was the only thing the doctor to think of as to what may be wrong......Never ever again will I go back

Dr Yui Yui is great, find her very professional and helpful. There is a particular doctor there who has NO IDEA what he is doing. Unsure of his name but he's middle-aged and has an accent. He told me fiance he was anxious because he was having pain in his... (you know) and refused to give him any further testing or treatment, just referred him to a psychologist (yep, for bladder pain, go figure!). Went back to another doctor and as it turned it, it was just a UTI which should have been pretty easy for anyone (even someone who isn't a doctor) to figure out! Some dr's are good, some are not, figure out the ones that you like and keep requesting them!

Unfortunately I don't have much good to say. There are a lot of doctors in this clinic and I'm sure they are all different. The doctor I was seeing was running 25 mins late. He walked past me while I was sitting in the waiting area, headed outside and proceeded to have a cigarette! While I was in his room all I could smell was the stench of cigarette and to top it off he had an emphysema caughing fit. I found him a bit short and sharp as well.

The doctor I had was a little bit odd but the general experience was a pleasant one. The receptionist was lovely and the whole experience was very nice

Very positive - I rang at 8.30pm to take my toddler in and he was seen to with half an hour. The waiting room was very pleasant - the clinic was easy to get to, and all round it was a very positive experience.
