Great butcher. Service is very friendly. Themes is awesome. They make a great meatloaf. Steaks are fresh and delicious . They also have excellent sausages. The Italian ones are great on the bbq.

I have been purchasing my weekly meat through Star Of The North for years , and I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else. I did try a butcher who was closer to my home once but .... Only once . Service and quality are paramount to Star Of The North . Weather it be just a kilo of mince, or a whole Lamb for a spit, you cannot beat this amazing business.

I shop here once a week for my Scottish foods, they have a great supply of pies,sausages,black pudding & my favorite tattle scones which taste just like the old country. It is very busy on sat mornings but they always have plenty of staff on & they are all very friendly which makes you want to go back. Definitely the best butcher's north of the river.

Have to tell the world, if you are ever near Star of The Noth Butchers. This place is a must. Even if you live a bit away, its worth the drive.
The meat is top quality. The Staff are supper fiendly and helpful.
And for what you buy its the best value by far. aaaaaall sorts of delights to choose from. So come on all you carnivores Feast.... :)

They have a great range on offer. Love the quality of their rump steak and scotch fillet. They offer high quality service by always letting you know how best to cook your meat.

Great bunch of Butchers, excellent product, fantastic range for such a small outlet. The meat does not compere, great advice on cooking however I must admit my favorite is the family pies - if only they were just a bit cheaper so i could afford 1 every week!

Meat that tastes as good as it looks. Nice lean cuts and a huge variety, including British specialties and game meats. Excellent friendly service, even when the football is on! Some products cheaper than the supermarket, but even if it's a bit more expensive, it's worth it.

This butcher shop has excellent quality and great cuts. Their service is very good, which is shown by the amount of people that are always shopping there. The guys are always busy.
