Ordered the fish and chips and asked for them to be well done and crispy. Got it home and it was undercooked and oily.

I am a local and tried Steve's for the first and now last time. I've heard the pizzas are great, but he needs to improve his other takeaway.

As another reviewer said they have great pizza! The shop is small but it does the job, is very clean and well maintained especially in comparison to other takeaways . Steves has been at Melba since the mid 90s. They are also quite efficient. Food is tasty naughty but tasty!

Tried this a couple of weeks ago as we have been disappointed with our local fish and chippa and are looking for something better. Unfortunately, this was worse. Although the prices were reasonable - the chips were oily and sodden, and the calamari rings were not strips of calamari, rather processed meat formed into rings (like you would buy in the supermarket). Very disappointing, will not be returning.

Steve makes a great pizza! Heaps of topping and HEAPS of cheese. Perhaps a little bit expensive but worth every cent in my book. Burgers and other usual takeaway items are all good as well, they have a fair range of salads as well.

I wasn't very impressed last time I ordered from this takeaway. The service was slow i waited 40 minutes for my pizza. The pizza was good though good quality and fresh ingredients are used. But the wait was unbearable.

Great Pizza. We popped in to Melba IGA and smell something good coming from the takeaway. We bought some fish & chips which were excellent taste and value for money and marvelled at their great pizza menu. Last week order pizza and what a pizza, it was huge. Sure it's more expensive than Dominos but when you look at the size it works out that I would have to buy 3 Dominos pizzas to equal one family size at Melba and the taste and amount of topping was fantastic. I'll be there as a regular from now on.

Steve, Angela and family provide the tastiest hamburgers and steak sandwiches plus an enormous variety of other foods, many Greek in cuisine style. Their pizzas are legendary and they have beautiful mixes of Greek, garden and fruit salads
