This is one of our local Malaysian restaurants which we would often go to and get take away from. I wouldn't say that they tasted exceptionally great but it was still good. Meal size however has shrunk to an unbelievable size. I would go to other local restaurants for the same quality of food but with a much more reasonable meal size

Like the Penang char kuey teow and Penang har mee the most! It's acceptable pricing with a main for about aud11, authentic flavours! This is the restaurant where we go when we don't feel like cooking! Take away for the next day lunch! Love it so much

A small Malaysian café which serves really authentic great char kway teow in my opinion. Other foods like the chicken rice and Wantan Hor is really good too. Only minus point is that everytime I eat there, I come out smelling of the food in the place too. They fry on site and not behind in the kitchen and that's where you get the food on your clothes. It is about $1 pricier than the average Malaysian restaurants but the quality is excellent.

This place is a family run business and they offer authentic Malaysian style hawker dishes.

Whilst the dishes on offer - char kuey teow, nasi lemak, lobak etc were good, we found them not to be as good as you would get back in Malaysia as some people claimed. The lobak for example was not presented in the normal style of a roll cut into pieces. It came out like little candies wrapped in cellophane paper, and the meat did not seem to have the right spices in it. The Char Kuey Teow we had was actually quite oily, and lacked the fire of the wok or what Chinese call "Wok Hei". We prefer to eat these dishes at Ampang Tofu.

The foods here taste just like the ones sold at hawkers centre around Malaysia. It's simple, quick and tasty. I have a friend who is crazy about the char kway teow at this place. Whenever she's back in Melbourne, she must come to this place to cure her addictions.

I always go there for Char Kway Teo. The char Kway teo is cooked just the way it should be. I always ask for extra spicy when ordering the char kway teo. The lady who work there is very friendly and always has smiles on her face. The prices are also very reasonable, the only minus would be the location which is not accesible by public transport

My partner and I impressed with the little Malaysian restaurant. The atmosphere ain't modern, however the food was authentic and price is reasonable. Love the food and will definitely go back again.

Approximate cost: $9
