Although I dont live in Strathpine anymore, I still travel to this store for my bike needs, particularly for servicing- I got my bike serviced elsewhere and it just wasn't as good as here. Having also shopped around for a new road bike in the last year, I definitely got an amazing deal here (hundreds off) and am very happy with my bike; rather than being upsold, I got the bike that suited me and my needs. The customer service can be variable and slow, but I have also been treated really well here.

These guys serviced my bike and they did a very good job. They were good at explaining what needed to be done and what the problems I had were caused by. Very good service and I felt assured.
