Today Friday 29/1/2016 at about 1615 hrs, we popped into the practice.
This is not out first time using this practice.
On previous occasions, the staff at reception were fun and welcoming.
On this occasion, the lady behind the counter was most uncooperative in her facial expression, her demeanour, and her response.
I shall elaborate...
Upon entering and asking for a doctor, sitting behind the counter, she uttered the cursory 3 word answer when the doctor works.
Then asking her further if a PathWest was near by, she replied, " I don't know". Eyebrows raising.
There was simply no basic customer service nor the desire to assist and inform. There was no "can do" attitude. She could not care if you did your blood test here or somewhere else, nor whether you would come back to see doctors at this practice.
I feel sorry for the doctors working at this practice, because they rely so much on good front office skills and customer service, to attract patients to feel welcomed and comfortable to attend here. Instead, I chose to go somewhere else, which is equally convenient as there are over 7 medical centres within a 5km radius.
If this sort of attitude by front staff continues, this practice will lose patients in droves, as there are always good doctors and better reception staff around the corner.

Excellent Doctors and staff. Their receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. They mostly run on time which is very important for me. The best part for me is that they have 2 full time female Doctors which is very rare, esp in a small practice like this one.

It was ok- as expected. They do provide a blood test facilities on site. Well positioned near chemist. However, I would prefer to attend their sister site St Andrews Medical, as they share some of the same doctors in a nicer environment

Located in the stratton park shopping centre, many doctors there but not many of them good doctors which was quite disappointing, I don't think that I would go back there at all, quite a let down

Conveniently located in shopping centre. Park of the St Andrews Medical Group in Midland. Bulk bills. Many Doctors to choose from who also work from the Midland centre (The Crescent). Service received is just what you expect from these larger practices.

A few capable doctors work here. They bulk bill and can administer vaccines, blood tests etc from the surgery which is handy. Takes about a week wait to get an appointment. Not open Saturdays which is a nuisance for the working folk.
