Fabulous new premises. Staff friendly and actually listen to what you wont done with your hair. Have been getting hair cut with them for last 5 years and it took 10 years to find someone who could cut and colour so beautifully. Can only praise this salon. Keep up the great service.

Everytime I walk out of the salon I feel like going out because my hair looks so wonderful. The quality of hairdressing is a very high standard and Julianne always makes me feel as if I am her most important customer. The new salon is warm and inviting. Love the WIFI and the Head Massages.

The service is of the highest professional quality, delivered in a very warm and friendly environment. And the products used are awesome; my hair is so happy! I can't say enough about the high values of the salon, in both the service and the choice of products and equipment. I've started having the Agave treatment (keratin) and it is fabulous! She does lovely hairstyles for formal events and did my hair and 5 bridesmaids on my wedding day. Not an easy task, but it was all done efficiently and we were all really pleased with the result. I have been a client of Julianne's for many, many years. I actually travel from the Northern suburbs to her salon, usually an hours drive. Her care and attention to my needs is exemplary. I am a 'horror' client, in that I never know what I want and to her dismay, I leave my head in her hands. She always takes the time to discuss her ideas with me. And she never lets me down. She only uses chemical free product which leaves my hair feel wonderful. She is certainly a talented caring professional.

Julianne has a fantastic eye for style & colour and is ever so helpful with her advice whether you are looking for a major change or simply wanting to update with the season. I first went to her after another salon turned my hair green, she was able to solve this disaster and consequently I haven't dared go anywhere else even though I now live in Ballarat. Her new salon is en trend and very comfortable I'd highly recommend you give it a go even if only for a wash and blow wave!
