We engaged Strong Ox to supply a security door for our home. From the very start they were prompt, communicated well and gave great service. I was also impressed by the way they came out a couple of times to check the measurements to make sure everything fitted perfectly.
What really impressed me was the extra service they gave. The night before we were leaving for overseas our old door lock broke, leaving an elderly parent in an unsecured house. I sent them an urgent plea for help and they organised a Locksmith to come out the next day to fit a new lock and make sure everything was safe. This was beyond the contract we had signed. It was just fantastic extra service.
Subsequently the new security door was installed. It is stylish and fits in really well.
I would certainly recommend Strong Ox.

Awful customer service. After questioning a continually extended time frame was told that 'its is what it is' and how the customer isn't always right and are quite difficult to deal with. We paid on time, had no communication for 10 weeks and when we contacted them, they said we should've contacted them sooner. Sorry, we didn't realise we had to chase you to complete the paid job. Would never recommend.

The Team at Strong Ox are amazing and we cannot speak highly enough of them. After an attempted 'kick-in' at our property, it was time to install a security door and this was the team to do it!
