My MacBook Pro had a video card issue. I had terrible service from another Apple repair shop, and was hesitant about going to another one (other than an proper Apple shop). However I'm so glad I did. Shane at Studytech was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue on my MacBook Pro, and ordered the replacement part (through Apple's replacement program) while I was in their office. These guys know what they're doing, and they also understand what good customer service is. Highly recommend their service to anyone in the Bayswater and surrounding suburbs.

My Mac computer had to have its hard drive replaced. I rang around a number of places and this one was the most understanding of my problem. They did not treat me as if I was stupid and they explained what had to be done, they gave me a timeframe (really short) and emailed me to let me know the work was done (within timeframe). When I had a problem with Apple downloads, they helped me to fix that, at no extra cost.
