sorry l didnot mean to offend you, at the moment l personly are having problems with there service as l bought a new car through them l have found the staff to be not interested when there is a problem and they dont get back to you you have to ring a few times, before any results and then your still dont have a anwser.

Hi karenc8, sorry to hear about your experience. I actually had the same issue with other Subaru dealers when i was lookign around. I bought my Subaru 5 years ago and back them Cambur motors at Frankston operated independently of Subaru but it sounds like thats all changed. Many dealers in general dont seem to want to make an effort or are rude. I dont know if this would help but a friend recently bought a Subaru (if thats what you are lookign for) from Subaru Lilydale and she said she had good service but I dont know if that suits you. thanks carolinet1 for your information its been a great help. l know have another issue with this car. l rang them and was told l have to go through the car sales man first, before they can assist with the car , l have decided to take the car to subaru mornington they seamed to be very helpfull have booked the car in to have the rubber on the window replaced , thats when the part comes in. also they have inform me they have a shuttle bus where with frankston they offered nothing . thanks again karen
