The worst experience I have EVER encountered.

Overcharged massively, sworn at for arriving a few minutes late, owner stood over me whilst I was waiting and was verbally aggressive, and physically threatening.

On the positive side there is one staff member who does fabulous blow drys. Unfortunately my appointment was not with this lass :((

Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. It is a wonder they are still in business. I am still pinching myself thinking it was all a bad dream.
