Oh my gosh! My grey stained rug now looks fluffy white again! Thanks to Doggy paws and fluff all over the sofa, rugs and carpets, floors were even more dirty than I realised. Ali arranged to come day after I called, arrived on time/early, sweated and cleaned (turns out is quite physical, even with big machine!) and left place looking immaculate. Even showed me (with great pride) the disgusting brown/sediment water my carpets were now clear of. Will definitely make a regular 6m/1yr activity.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. obvious fake positive reviews left on google and wordofmouth by the owner ali abed in his broken english, just take a look for yourself.

had the misfortune of using this service once and will not make that mistake again! ali was rude, far from knowledgeable and tried to rip us off on the final price. the job done was not satisfactory and when I expressed my concern ali was immediately aggressive. this is somebody you DO NOT want in your house. there are plenty of reputable carpet cleaning services in Melbourne and my suggestion is to use those instead and avoid superior carpet care and ali like the plague.

We have our carpets cleaned every 12 months by Phil, and he cannot be faulted. His cheery manner and expert approach have left us completely happy with our carpets each time he's been.

We have had living areas, our staircase, the landing and 2 bedrooms cleaned after a very large party and several stains, and these came out perfectly. Their pricing is very reasonable. I would happily recommend Superior to anybody (and have done so!).

Had our carpets steam cleaned as part of vacating our rental property. I initially booked the guy for a friday, then changed my mind and tried to get him to come a day later. They was just totally inflexible. Basically said he can either come on friday or you can cancel. Was over a barrel so had to take the friday. Wasn't very happy with his customer service tho. The actually guy who turned up was just miserable. I still had the movers taking stuff out of some of the rooms so they weren't all totally empty but there was one empty one he could start on (if they had let me change days then there would be no problem) but he complained, made faces, tsk'd and walked off. He made an ok job then left.

We had our whole house cleaned. Our carpet was only 18 months old but with a dog and baby were really in need of a good clean. I chose this company based on the previous reviews. I did not have the same experience with this company. The cleaning guy was nice and he was punctual, but was only here for about and hour (our house is three bedrooms, lounge/dining room and two hallways that have carpet-time was for a clean and stain treatment) and many of the stains are still there as not a very through job. There was no pre-clean vacuum (Luckily I had done it just before he arrived anyway) nor was there any cleaning under the furniture-we had cleared the majority out. We also got stain protection for an additional cost, this appears to have made our carpet a bit 'sticky' and dirt attracting. It took about three days for the carpet to dry. I am very disappointed with the job done. We won't use this company again and would not recommend them based on our experience.

I had 3 rooms, a staircase and landing all steam cleaned. There were some really old stains that other steam cleaning companies had not able to remove, however these stains are now gone and my carpet looks almost new again. Will definitely use them again. More than i normally would pay, but worth it for the results.

We always use these guys to steam clean our carpets. They come up beautifully and are pretty much dry by the end of the day. they are always on time and do a great job.
