I would normally recommend this company, but I have a couple of small complaints..
The verandah balustrade ,( which is largely out of the weather ) has shrunk . I think it’s MDF, , but treated pine would have been more suitable.
I am not a builder.
To their credit , they have done a really good job of building my home . There was no fuss , no complications , during the build.
It’s just a bit sad that they are expecting me to pay for repairs to the verandah. Some damage has been done by birds , but this is not that.
I’m 72 , some repairs are beyond my ability. Or even inconsiderate.
