I have been to Supershots with photos to be developed and also restored and always had great service and results. Recently had a big-name place look at restoring/copying family VHS movies onto DVD. I was told at this big time place, this couldn't be done due to deterioration in the VHS.
I took the VHS to Supershots Capalaba and they persevered until they were able to rescue over 1 hour of this irreplaceable footage. It couldn't all be saved and copied, but we are so very, very grateful that they spent their time and expertise in saving what they could. A family record which my sons will value, as it is the only movie we had of them with their beautiful dad who died recently.
You know how some people have a business which is more than just for the $$$...well the young men at Supershots provide a great service with a smile and I would recommend you go there with any of your photo/.VHS etc work.

Have had photos printed on a number of occasions, fantastic friendly informative service to the point where they advise you of cheaper options. Excellent quality and the two guys that have always served me are wonderful when it comes to recommending sizes of prints etc.

If you thought that 1 hour film processing centres no longer existed, then you're not the only one mistaken. So did I until I came upon Supershots Photographics at the Capalaba Park Shopping Centre early last week. Despite all the signs proclaiming "Fujifilm processing 1 hour" I was almost certain that the large machine in this store was actually a contraption for printing digital photos. How wrong was I. What I'd stumbled upon was an amazing relic of the 1980's and 1990's - something that every shopping centre once had. Remember the long gone Rabbit Photo chain?

When I asked the shop attendant about their film processing he indicated that they still processed 8 or 10 rolls of film per day. This, understandably, was only a small segment of their business which now principally involves digital photo printing. For sale at Supershots Photographics you'll also find very large canvas prints, which are currently marked down to $25.00 each, together with greeting cards. If you know anyone in Brisbane who still uses a film camera give them a call and tell them to stop sending their films away for processing. The answer to their processing problems is only as far away as Capalaba.
