We had our water tanks installed by the boys. They were quick and efficient. They also came back when requested to change some drains when we wanted changes made. Reasonable price and great workmanship.

We had a very difficult retrofit from tanks to toilets with auto cutover to mains. The job was done quickly and with minimal disruption in the house. We are very pleased with the work done. (Three other plumbers quoted but failed to do the job)

I was extremely happy with the quality and cost of the service provided by Darren and his team. The boys were polite, quick, cleaned up after themselves and more importantly kept me informed and updated at every point of the job (a courtesy that some trades people too often overlook, especially when dealing with a woman). Having many years of hands on renovation experience, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable and quickly our ongoing sewage blockage was resolved (less than 24 hours). I would not hesitate to use them again.

Replacement of broken electric HWS with Solar HWS using Solar Tubes with electric boost
(we don't have mains gas).
Prompt and on time for initial quote. Knowledgable and able to quote on solar tubes for hot water, rather than panels, which others couldn't.(had previously investigated tubes, which are important with less sunshine up in the hills, but had decided they may be too expensive, but were pleasantly surprised) A much better price & more tubes supplied, than friends from Gippsland, who had a system fitted by another company. On time, speedy and thorough with actual installation, no mess left. Respectful & very courteous staff

A previously mediocre installation (by another company) of solar hot water service with gas booster was proving unsatisfactory. I called Going Solar who put me in touch with Darren Bride of Sustainable Solar and Plumbing. He sorted out the problem pretty quickly and we had steaming hot water as we had never had it from this system before. This system had been looked at before by others, and never sorted out, so I was astonished when Darren got the booster working properly in about half and hour.

Darren came out to quote on installing my new stove and ended up doing the job there and then! I called him up and within a couple of hours he was at my door, on time and equipped with all the right tools. He was clean, very curtious and extremely efficent. I was thoroughly amazed at how you can still get amazing service at a VERY reasonable price!

Darren and his team installed our rainwater tank and were very professional and efficient in everything they did. They were pleasant, punctual and very reasonably priced, which is important to us as pensioners. Better still they didn't leave any mess and we have been very pleased with the results. Darren has also done several other small jobs for us, like adjusting our gas hot water service, changing a washer on our shower head, and also replacing a valve on the toilet cistern, and even these minor jobs were given the same thorough attention to detail and again were not expensive. Nothing seems too much bother. We would be very happy to have him and his team back again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Our existing HWS finally died and we decided to install a solar hot water system. Darren installed the new system for us and we are really pleased. He arrived on time, completed the work as he said he would and gave us a lot of information and assistance with rebates, etc. after the job was finished. He's honest, reliable and knows what he's doing as his knowledge of these systems is extensive and he did all he could to minimise any unnecessary works and costs for us.
