Ongoing treatment that required visits over approx. two months. I was always left waiting past appointment time, then felt he was rushed and stressed, barely had time to utter two words to me, then complained that I was making it difficult because I wasn't relaxed, even suggested I should take a sedative!!!! Seemed he was going back and forth between various patients at the same time. Rough and rude. Silly me for returning to him. Had a very bad tooth ache with significant pain and swelling....couldn't get an appointment for two weeks.... Finally that was enough for me

My family and I have been going to Dr Phong Tran for many years. Excellent service, friendly staff, normally always run on time. They do their best to provide their service without any gap if you have private health cover which is a bonus. Highly recommend them.

Okay dentists are not something we all look forward to but the dentist here is great. Super friendly, very understanding and in my opinion, gentle! Wish I had found them sooner!
