Fraud rude disgraceful

I was in a not at fault accident in December 2023 and YOUI sent the car for repairs to Swains Eagle Farm. The management at Swains is very rude, they don't communicate, they don't provide update on the car, the manager is always busy and can't take the calls, sometime when they do answer my call the say the car will be ready this week and they constantly lie that they are waiting for parts. Every week i call for an update they have a new excuse and they are not even sure what lie they told me last week. Looks like they just plainly lie to every customer. My car is with them since December and today is 13th May 2024, cant believe they still cant finish a car which only had few panels damaged. I was told last week the car is ready and they did all the quality check, upon arrival the car was put together in such a hurry, the panel gaps didn't line up, the paint has foreign particles, the paint had dimples, and some parts from the accident were totally ignored. A person named BRETT is extremely rude, when I pointed out all these faults he said "what do you expect? Its not a brand new car". Mate, I'm questioning about your workmanship on brand new panels you have put on, they dont line up and have paint issues. Car is with you for 5 months and this is the quality of job you have done. In the end he simply asked me to leave his business premises and he doesnt want me on his property. WHICH BUSINESS TREAT THE CLIENTS LIKE THIS?? They promise me every week the car will be ready on Friday and when I call on Friday they say oh they are waiting on this part, or this went wrong, I dont care, just give me a date when my car will be ready, dont promise when you cant deliver. I'm very disappointed and tired of getting my car fixed, it has taken a toll on my mental health and YOUI don't give any assurance when the car will be ready either.
I was initially told they will get the car fixed in 2 months max and its been over 5 months and I have to face all this nonsense. Don't be fooled to get insurance from YOUI or mistakenly take your car to Swains Eagle Farm, they are fraud, lazy, rude and disrespectful.

Worst experience ever

I experienced significant challenges during the repair process of my car through an insurance claim. The commencement date was rescheduled four times by Swains, resulting in a seven-month delay. Upon picking up my car after three weeks of “repairs”, I observed overspray on the lights from the replaced front scoop kit. To fix the overspray which they created they advised me on how to remove it, I declined. Furthermore, the vents in the kit retained the original damage, with Swains explanation that they weren't included in the initial quote and wouldn't be replaced. The communication and overall professionalism were one star throughout the entire process.

i would not recommend this business . Iwas sent to this repairer by my insurance company [qbe] and was told they required the car 22nd Oct till 4th Nov when i phoned them to see what time the vehicle would be ready i was told it would not be ready until the 10th Nov WED. I rang on monday 8th and was told it was on track to be ready by tie time given.I rang on the 10th to see what time to pick it up and was told it would not be ready until the next day. I said i required it by 10am when i rang on the 11th i was told it could not be redy by then as the paint was still wet. at no time did the company contact me . each time i rang i had to try several times and when i did get through i felt i was being given the run around
at one point i asked of a manager the name and contact for the owner i was told he didn't know. i feel this business is money hungry and takes on as much work as they can regardless of their clients very poor attitude as far as i am conserned

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, booked in by my insurer, communication was A1, repairs as good and new, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy after the repair being delayed just one day due to waiting on parts (out of their control). Appreciate the care and service to my car. Thank you

I was sent by my insurer. The repair was done in the stated time. However, when I returned home I noticed the sill under the door was still dented. I immediately returned to Swains. They said that we had stated it was not part of the accident. I said there was no way we would have said that. However, they re booked it in and did the repairs without any issue. The overall result was excellent after I took it back. They were very communicative with me.

I would not recommend this business. I was sent there by my insurance company following a minor accident that was my fault. They initially said they would need it for a week but then needed it for an extra 4 days which I didn't find out until I went to collect it on the first day I was told it would be ready. I rang that morning and was told it was on track to be ready. They tried to ring me later that morning but we couldn't hear each other. They chose not to try again and did not leave a message. On the day I finally picked up my car, they once again rang but only let the phone ring twice before hanging up. At least this time I knew the number so I rang them back. When I picked it up, a warning light was on and the clock and radio was out of synch but they claimed it was nothing to do with them and tried to fob me off. Will NEVER go back there again!!!
