I knew Mick ( Miachel) via friends' recommendations. He provided good customer services by giving useful advices and always responses after missed calls. He is reliable. In addition, he works professionally and efficiently.
Another thing I like is that customers can make paymens through credit cards. He also has appropriate licenses to provide customers after his services.
I am quite confident to contact him for any future jobs.

Mick is very professional, courteous and informative. He arrived on time, was tidy, did a great job installing the aircon and was happy to answer any questions. Arrived on time. Were quick to explain where they were going to Install. Were very courteous and left the place tidy.

Had called Mick to organise our aircon installation and he was quite busy for the next few weeks however was able to squeeze us in on the same day I rung him as there was a last minute cancellation. He said he would ring me straight back to double check in which he did promptly. Mick was very helpful in explaining how to operate the unit and professional throughout the whole process which took several hours. I would highly recommend his services and you will not be disappointed with the level of service and professionalism.
