I did a cooking class with my mum and it was just fantastic. we learnt alot of tricks and how to keep your seafood fresh. It was a fun night out and ends with a very yummy dinner.

I have been to two of the cooking classes held at the Fish Markets and they both have been excellent! The presenters are very clear in their demonstrations of the dishes to be cooked and the ingredients used are first rate. I have learned a great deal from both classes and will be going again very soon. I love seafood and now I can enjoy recipes I would never have tried on my own before with confidence. If you like eating seafood and want to learn how to cook it to perfection you can't go passed this experience!
