I only recommend that you stay away from this business, they were unable to refund me for over $2000 worth of tools when they could not deliver them as they were not in stock. Some weeks later i called NSW Fair Traiding and they advised me to discuss it with my bank who were able cancel my credit card. The tools at Sydney tools still insist i pay a 15% or $300 fee for them to be able to refund the rest of my money. Fortunately the bank has been able to recover all the money as they did not deliver the goods. Since this incident some friends who have had defective tools have not been able to exchange them within hour of purchase. This is a shonky business

I really enjoy shopping in Sydney Tools. I purchased a Menikini Aspirovap Professional Steam / Vacuum Cleaner with Water Filtration from them which was on special at the time. It works like a beauty.

Good prices. Thats if you get your order though. They tend to ship incredibly slow. They will only deal with you via email, in which they never respond. Pathetic service. They advertise express shipping on their website, yet from what I gather, it can take up to 7 business before they even think of shipping your order. I advise all to stay away. Good prices mean nothing if you get stuffed around and dont get you order. Check out other reviews. Barely a kind word. Wonder how they are still in business.

I purchased a grass cutter a few years ago from them. I managed the steep stairs and found one person dealing with about 10 customers all needing some answers. I returned to get a service on this machine or a part. Nothing changed. This place is set up to deal with the tradies not so much thos of us who would take up time asking some dumb questions. NO TIME? Their phones are more important than your personal appearance and for thos not fit enough there is no way to get to the 1st floor without a hike. Prices are nothing great because they stock stuff that many do not stock in terms of brand stuff. I am not going to give them my service but I do think that this has a plece in the market for the tradie who wants some knowledgable folk to deal with.
