I emailed them because I'd put my foot through a floor board in my bedroom and wanted to know if it was borers or termites. They asked me to take some photos and email them. Sam looked at the photos on his phone and then on a computer and rang me with his "diagnosis" of borers and maybe rot. There was no charge for this super-helpful service and advice
