Called for rodent treatment at 5pm and they were able to send someone the next morning, very efficient. The young man was very professional, explained everything as he went about doing his work and was very approachable and friendly. Impressive service. Would happily recommend.

I've got bed bugs and since after the treatment done by another company the "visitors" kept biting me I contacted Sydney Best Pest Control. They gave so many advices about how to fix my problem and not carry it with me moving to another house. They have been so caring, kind and available all the time answering my thousend questions and without proposing any direct service. Since I felt in "good hands" with them I chose them to treat my luggages before leaving. I know it's hard to fix these kinds of problems but I'm sure they did the best to help me and I'm sure, moving tomorrow, I'll leave my troubles behind. Sydney's Best Pest Control team came to my house in the Inner West of Sydney to help with a flea infestation problem. It was on a day when one of their staff had a car accident and they were still able to assist by sending another man to complete the job.
I was very impressed with the friendliness and thorough job done by the pest controller on the day, and was very happy that the flea problem was eradicated after the first visit.

Pest control in an apartment for German cockroaches. I found Sydney Pest Control to be very helpful in explaining what they do over the phone. It was also very convenient as they offered me times as early as 6am, so I did not need to take time off work to be there. The men turned up on time, were courteous, and the German cockroach problem seems to have been eradicated.

I rang up to enquire about their services and increrdibly they gave me advice about how to deal with it myself, as they didn't want to take my money if I could do it myself. Their advice proved spot on. The problem has disappeared. There's only one pest control company I will be going to from now on

Sam helped me identify a spider problem over the phone/email and assessed the situation, deciding that a home visit was not needed afterall, and what I had done was sufficient. Nice to deal with a company that was not eager to jump on what would have been an unnecessary house call, and he gave me great advice on protecting against future spider visitors!
