Booked an eyebrow wax. Had been there previously. The staff were great - wonderful service manner. Nice reception area, love the tv screens everywhere to keep you occupied I miss their pink look, the new green signboard is nondescript. Eyebrows turned out too thin though - a communication issue with one of the staff whose first language might not be English.

i have been going to takeoff waxing now for over 6months and love there friendly service... the staff is amazing... they are so helpful and they make me feel so comfortable... and love how they have LCD screens in the rooms... helps you relax...:) i also love the fact that they are so affordable... most off all i love takeoff waxing as i can do my waxing, spray tans and nails all at the one salon..... :) :)

I have been here a few times and personally never had a bad experience, think they are great, affordable and so accommodating, one or two friends did end up with more than normal amounts of ingrown hairs (which is not a nice experience) but they also did return again if that says anything!

I was a backpacker when I first used them and if your are a YHA member they will also give you about a 10% discount when your treatments come to over $10 or there abouts (not sure exact amount) but good when your on a budget and they have such reasonable prices to begin with.

The very BEST wax I have ever had. Amazing. I normally am prepared for ridiculous pain but somehow...it didn't even hurt! The price for waxing is cheap but the service doesn't reflect that.
