As a middle aged lady who is extremely active, most nutrition plans are not suited to myself and my lifestyle. After one consultation, and a few tweaks in my diet, I had immediate results with a nutrition plan that improved my training goals as well as fitting in with my family and work responsibilities.
Not one diet fits all and I felt completely supported and in a safe environment to discuss my goals in all aspects of my training and nutrition.
