Best Indian Food we have eaten outside India. Great value for money. Everything just tastes so fresh. Curries are rich in flavour and lots of meat. Will recommend this business for sure. New additions to their menu by new owner is highly appreciative. Not only best "curries" but best selection as well.

Approximate cost: $12.90

My feedback is based on the services recieved since the new owners have taken over. I used to previously get take away from here all the time, the masala chai was to die for as were the lamb rolls. It has been a few months now almost years and I still crave it now. It is a pitty that the new owners really took the company out of its' niche which was 'flavours from all around Asia'. The food now is not particularly what I would be going back for, it was an experience but not one to have again.

I have tried the curries here a couple of times and been very disappointed both times. The curries are so mild that the word "curry" is a misnomer. They are also lacking in fresh spices and low on taste. I can make a much better curry than this without too much effort and for a fraction of the price. It is a pity this place hasn't improved over time as both my neighbour and myself were keen to try it when it opened, but we have each tried it twice and wouldn't go back.

I wouldn't have tried this place without a voucher as I think it is too expensive. Even with the large meal of 2 entrees, 2 curries and 2 rices, which is supposed to feed a family of 4, we found to hard to share 1 Samosa and 1 piece of chicken (the 2 entrees!).

However .... the flavours were exceptional, it beats any other Indian style place we have in the area easily, so we will probably go back again as a special meal, but it wouldn't be our regular take away place - purely price driven.

One thing I found annoying was not being able to find a menu online for ease of ordering, and as the range of dishes is small, it was not as easy job trying to get an order in.

Entrees were $3.50 each and only contained 1 piece
Rice was $5 a container - would probably make my own to add next time
Large mains were around $17 to $19 each.
Garlic naan was $4 a piece and the pieces were on the small side without much garlic.

Approximate cost: $18 for a large main

We got takeaway from here and the food was good. Different than the usual Indian food variety but also more expensive. Worth a try
