Warning: avoid hiring paul-leo

We strongly advise against hiring Paul for any business needs due to our extremely disappointing experience with him. His work has caused significant damage to our property, resulting in unnecessary stress and financial burdens.

We recommend exploring alternative options to protect your home's integrity. Paul's claims of extensive experience are contradicted by his poor work, excuses, and unfulfilled promises.

We hope this warning enables you to make an informed decision and avoid the same mistakes we made.

Approximate cost: $7500

Paul takes a huge deposit and does not complete the job.He increases the quote as the job goes then should you still want the job completed, insists on a cash payout!!
I am seeking likeminded dissatisfied customers of Tassie Trade Services to contact me so I can lodge a complaint into the running of this business.

Approximate cost: $7000

Paul why dont you tell the truth.
Bad comments posted by customers other than myself clearly support unethical and mismanagement issues with your business.

Beware - The work done was fine (approximately half of what was originally agreed to was completed), but the time and nuisance in continuously following up to get Paul to turn up was frustrating and a great waste of my time - especially when some of the work was "emergency" repairs. Half the work was completed. Paul never turned up to do the other half.

His last text said - "I'll be there Monday" - sent over 8 months ago! As I paid 50% deposit in advance - I decided to call it quits - if he didn't contact me - I wan't going to follow him up any more. It seems the way he acted with me is not the first time he has treated clients badly. When I queried his communications (or lack of) he once told me to chill, be patient and complained he had a lot on his plate....

[Redacted name] has serious time management issues plus he is a terrible plumber, used a huge wrench to install a chrome tap set which simply ruined the tap set and thought nothing of it even when confronted about it. It was tight was his response. He installed a toilet without putting a pan collar on. The smell was terrible to say the least. Would not return calls, never turned up on time. Simple a horrible, horrible experience. The last part was stealing from my worksite items I had already paid for. Do yourself a favour and keep looking past this dodgy guy.

This customer could not be pleased. They were endeavouring to do their own building works while also flying in and out of the state for work weeks at a time it was very difficult to coordinate to try and do work there. The accustation of materials stolen in untrue as they were materials that had been returned that were not needed. The customer had works completed that hasn't to date been paid for and we are still out of pocket. The scope of works the customer had asked for and were quoted on were entirely different from the works that had been approved by council and we were endeavouring to reach compliance with Australian and local government standards at our own expense due to the colustomers misleading information. In 30 years of supplying trade services we have always endeavoured to keep our customers satisfied and produce quality work to standard and with good relations with local government authorities. Sometimes fortunately not often there is Occassionaly a customer that will never be pleased and will fabricate information to serve their own interest. This is one customer I would advise to be wary of as they have been misleading and then falsely accusing with no opportunity given to us to complete works we had started in good faith and earnestly.

Turning up when you said you say you will would have helped, there was not one thing you said that was true. As for the plans, I showed you the plans right from the start and you said "she'll be right, we will sort that later", even if I didn't what sort of idiot goes into a job without plans. I have the email where you offered $800 for the return of the pit you stole and then did a runner, how can you say your out of pocket when you barely turned up in the 10 months you were on the job. It was even more ironic as I returned your battery charger and battery which you left at my place in good faith because unlike you I am an honest person. The guy I got in was fantastic and finished the job within a short time frame including the drawings and plans being approved. Are you going to tell lies and deny you used a stillsons or some sort of wrench to ruin my brand new tap. I have photo's of that too.
