[Redacted name] has serious time management issues plus he is a terrible plumber, used a huge wrench to install a chrome tap set which simply ruined the tap set and thought nothing of it even when confronted about it. It was tight was his response. He installed a toilet without putting a pan collar on. The smell was terrible to say the least. Would not return calls, never turned up on time. Simple a horrible, horrible experience. The last part was stealing from my worksite items I had already paid for. Do yourself a favour and keep looking past this dodgy guy.

I signed up for front (double door) and 2 single rear security screens to be installed at my house and was very happy with both service and the end product.
Installer was on time and cleaned up after himself. Quality job and quality service. Very happy.

I signed up for 4 rollershutters to be installed across the front of my house, after the obligitory haggling and BS about having to call the boss blah blah blah, I bit the bullet.
The installer was on time and installed the roller shutters to a very good standard. My only problem with the installer was he left drill shavings all around the job site. Not a big deal but a shame as everything else looks great. My biggest gripe is he asked for payment there and then despite the electrician not having been around and I was stupid enough to say "sure, no problem", as they had my coin the electrician took longer than the "5 working days guaranteed", more like 8 working days which was 12 days total and required 2 follow up calls, first one at 4 working days only to be told call back if I have heard nothing after 5 days, andf the other saying someone would call me back which they did not. Overall the job is done, they work a treat. Noise and light is reduced and this is what I wanted them for.

I had a water softener, whole house filters and an under sink system thrown in for free installed. On time, flexible and the quality of work was outstanding, a dodgy job was done of running the water pipe coming into the house and they just fixed it, re-laid my paving properly and cleaned up afterwards. Follow up service was great as well.
