pro's and con's
-have your own storage shed elsewhere and visit it without prebooking[in my experiences] or, use taxibox[TB] and give 24 hr notice for access + online form to book access.
-rent a truck/trailer or just load your car, drive to your shed unload again etc or, just get a taxibox to your address and save the hassle
-make sure you turn up to your TB booked access or incur a fine - wish there was a warning system. I say this via my own experience, just for plain inability to get there despite needing to and best intentions
- plan ahead..7 days minimum to book redelivery
- much of it online..easy unless you travel and have vodaphone, in which case, some things are an obstacle like organising access and filling in forms for that

Overall, I've used a fair few storage places. TB rates well and I've used them for storage and 2 relocations and would definitely consider TB again.
You can fit alot in one module and monthly fees are pretty reasonable and competitive within the market
The covers over the boxes are sturdy and kept my things well protected even with rain..just do all closures up well for best chance.
Friendly and helpful drivers and staff.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease and connivance of the Taxibox service. All the staff were friendly and everything that they said would happen, happened when they said it would. And so great not to hire a truck to take everything to a storage depot. Very happy with the service :)

I've used Taxi box several times now, the delivery guys are so friendly and super helpful. Disappointed this time round that the phone server when booking said I'd get a discount as a repeat customer and i never actual got it. Also they where having a promotion to get $10 off a month if you posted a picture on social media with their taxibox fun socks, they reposted my picture but still didnt get a discount. Overall would use again, just don't expect special offers to be held up.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone had excellent phone manners and customer service. Every other aspect of the experience was positive except:
1. The movers recommended by TAXIBOX were terrible, and despite being recommended had not seen a Taxibox before.
2. The boxes are not weatherproof (made of plywood covered with tarp) so would recommend not keeping them on site for long periods of time.

I have used Taxibox for 2 years (Brisbane). Well, it was longer than I’ve expected, but it was a good choice. They did deliver the box right on time, and were most helpful. I remember the driver who came to pick up my Taxibox. I could not wrap the water-proof cover, because it was so windy. I was going to ask the driver if he could do it for me, but when I came out, he was already wrapping it properly without being asked. He was very kind, and answered any questions I asked. Also what impressed me was that I had contacted them during the weekend, not expecting to hear from them until Monday, but they did respond.
Later on, while I was out of Australia, my credit card expired, and the payment was of course delayed. But the Taxibox team was again very understanding, and gave me time to sort things out.

Finally, I decided to send my things back to my country. But since I wasn’t flying to Australia for that (too expensive), I asked a friend to do it for me. I was worried, because, well, he is not me, and also he didn’t have the key to my Taxibox padlock. So I contacted the team, and they said that it happens all the time, and they actually had a cut-lock authorization form. They confirmed the necessary arrangements with my friend, and now my boxes are on their way to me.

As a foreigner, I dreaded telephone conversation, because I might misunderstand important details. Luckily none of the Taxibox members I’ve spoken to were hard to understand on the phone. And they did confirm everything in written forms (i.e. emails). I did ask many questions, and probably I have repeated some of them several times to make sure, but they always answered right away.

If I have to choose the best service I have experienced in Australia during my four years of stay, then I will choose Taxibox without hesitation. I’d like to thank Leigh, Anita, and Anna. I especially want thank Paul for the great help he gave me when I was in a hurry to check out their service. I sincerely hope that everything goes well with your establishment.

Convenient.. Although I was unclear of a few things when collecting my boxes.. Overall staff and service was quite good

The entire team was fast, professional and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would! Friendly and genuine staff and an all round great experience that took some of the misery out of moving house (but not all). Thanks heaps!

I couldn't recommend this service more. They were incredibly easy to
deal with and accommodated a change in redelivery at short notice due to our house settling early. Really well done guys

would call these guys again in a heart beat as the taxibox was a life saver. So if I ever need to get extra storage for a short time taxibox is who I would ring thanks guys.
