If it's for the home it's the first place I look, we've been buying here since it opened...more than 20years

Witnessed disturbing behaviour from the staff at the store over the weekend. Yelling out obscenities to a young family. Unbelievable to see. I will no longer be supporting this store.

Very unhappy with my dealings with this company. Would never go back. I brought an outdoor setting. I confirmed with the girl on reception twice the number of pieces that came with the setting. She assured me there were two armchairs - which was the reason I sent ahead with the purchase. When the setting arrived there was only one armchair. And the one armchair included was damaged on the leg. When I emailed the company all they would say is the staff member got it wrong in regard to what was included!!!! They did not even address my issue with the damaged chair - they are still ignoring me in regard to this. Their only comeback is if I return the furniture they will give a refund. This is not practical as I paid someone $100 to collect (I live on the GC) and I would have to pay the same to return the furniture which has been unpacked and assembled - we left the chair to last and only then noticed the damage. All I want is the damaged chair to be replaced but they are ignoring me.

Great place to pick up a bargain. You can't really go in with something in mind though. You have to check it out reguarly and wait until you find what you're after. Except for mattresses - they always have a great range of mattresses available at such great prices. They don't break the bank.

I have bought a few things from this shop and it is great. The was once that I went there & the staff were really no help at all, really just couldn't been bothered. But in saying that I have been there a few other times & they have been great. Have got some good deals. Its one of those shops that you have to visit a few times and you will stumble across a good deal.

Went here yesterday after a friend told me about it ...awesome heaps of furniture renovation and electrical goods ..bought a leather corner lounge for $250 would of been $1000 new..well recommended..AAAA+

I needed to get rid of some furniture after I moved house, and it was so convenient to just drop the stuff there instead of taking to the rubbish tip, and still get money for it. You have to be patient though as the items take a while to sell (mine took about 2 months). I do think their commission is excessive.

You can get some great bargains here if you keep going in and checking it out. I bought a brand new stainless steel double door fridge freezer for $1250. I saw it at The Good Guys for double the price - was extremely happy with my bargain. Service was great too. Have also bought a solid wooden bar for $200. Just put a bid even, you never know what the owner will sell it for.

Excellent range of ex display stock and some secondhand. Great range of all sorts of furniture, appliances etc. Worth visiting instead of buying new high priced items
