My favourite Thai! We love it here. The restaurant itself is quite small downstairs but has another room upstairs. You MUST book to eat in. We often get takeaway from here. Best fried rice ever!!!

Thai Saffron has been a favorite restaurant for Brighton locals (the same team behind Thai Saffron in Hawthorn) for more than a decade, incredible right. They've been doing so well and there is no signs to slow down. That's just because everything they offer is absolutely fantastic. The food is really good with large portion. My favorite dishes are the jungle curry and pad Thai. I've had those two dishes almost every visit.
Service is always spot on. All the girls there are really attentive and friendly. Some of them can remember my name, which is really impressive. I do love their service.

The atmosphere is a little bit rushing and dining room is quite small and squashy as they are usually packed. Sometimes we even have to sit up-stair.
My overall experience with Thai Saffron is great and I still remain their regular customer as long as they maintain their standard like this. To sum up, for Brighton and Bay side people, Thai Saffron is my pick for you when you crave about Thai food.

Authentic and casual thai dining. My favorite dish are spicy crispy pork with chinese broccoli dish and seafood tom yum.

Had a great meal here, the food is really good. The atmosphere and decor is lovely, nice place to go as a couple as it's quite dimly lit and cosy. Staff very nice and really attentive but not too much. would definately go again

I did a search on Google for a nice Thai restaurant and came across reviews on MOWOW. Based on the good reviews posted here I decided to go and try Thai Saffron at Brighton last week. I ordered a Pad Thai and my girlfriend ordered Crispy pork with Chinese broccoli on rice. We both enjoyed the food very much and would definitely return to the place whenever we feel like eating thai.
It was one of the best Thai food we've tried so far and the prices are very affordable.

AS a local to the area we enjoy Thai Saffron about once per week. Great food (dine in or take away), lovely staff and always fresh produce (evidenced by the business).

It was alright. Food was average. Service was average. Seating was not that great, cold draught coming from a very unstable door. ok place to go in summer, but not in winters! very quick preparation of food. ideal for students.

Approximate cost: $12.00

This is the best Thai food in the area - I know, because I've tried them all! Great place to go for a couple or small group. The food is divine - especially the curries and coconut rice. Also the pad thai is fantastic! The service is usually pretty good but it can get very crowded at times (recommend booking).

Approximate cost: $15

The most tasty Thai food I've had and I've eaten at many in Melbourne. You need to book ahead a little as this place is busy. The food is totally delicious & well presented. Staff wear traditional Thai costumes and are very courteous and efficient. If you love Thai food, then you must visit this eatery.
