Write a reviewA beginner's guide to fine dining. The Apprentice is a training restaurant for students at TAFE doing cooking/hospitality courses to get some hands on training. The menus change on a daily basis (prepared by the students) and the dishes vary depending on seat arrangement.
The students are all on their best behaviours (they have to be as they are assessed on their performance by their supervisor), the food is delicious though with greater experience can be further improved. However at $27 for a four course meal, i could not complain. It is by far the best valued fine dining experience I've had to this day!
I have been here twice and have booked myself in for another 2 dinners in the coming months. Highly recommended!
