I ordered the Eheim Pick Up Internal Filter- 160 from the Aquarium Factory on a Thursday and it was delivered by Saturday morning - super fast for postage. My large [annoyingly noisy] tropical tank filter gave up the ghost on that Thursday. A blessing really, because it was a well known other brand [not purchased from the Aquarium Factory], which I will never buy again for my tanks. The fellow I spoke to on the phone at The Aquarium Factory was extremely helpful and understanding that my treasured tropical tanks needed a filter/s that was quiet and extremely efficient. The Eheim filter is fabulous. I highly recommend the Aquarium Factory for their customer service, knowledge and the postage time to my address was exceptional.

Michelle and Matt are wonderful. They go out of their way to help no matter how big or small, with water testing, aquarium maintenance and any other questions or problems you might have. Have a great range of fish and aquarium supplies. Highly recommend them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great range of products, I am not a fish person, but wanted to see what it was all about, helpful staff who didnt try to force a sale.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The quality of everything they sell is great, including the actual fish themselves! They don't die the day after buying them like a lot do from other fish/pet stores. They will also recommend everything you need, so you only have to make one trip. I think they are well informed about the products they sell.

Great sales people here. They were very very helpful to my problems regarding my tank of sick fish. They demanded I bring in my fish for an examination under the microscope, they tested my water and not only that gave me the right products to save a few of my fish. They have a great no. of products in their store, and the sales people are just so friendly.

The staff were very helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help! I found them to have great knowledge even going as far as putting my sick goldfish under the microscope!
They had a great range of stock and many, many fish for me to choose from. Would recomend them to anyone and I will be clocking up the stamps on my rewards card.

These guys are friendly, although there often busy cleanign fish tanks which is fair enough, beautiful range of coldwater, tropical and marine fish here, as well as many excellent products
Fish are all competively priced, and some schooling fish you get a discount for buying them in bulk, and the staff are very knowledgable
And I got the most beautiful Bristlenose Plec from there :D
