These guys are friendly, although there often busy cleanign fish tanks which is fair enough, beautiful range of coldwater, tropical and marine fish here, as well as many excellent products
Fish are all competively priced, and some schooling fish you get a discount for buying them in bulk, and the staff are very knowledgable
And I got the most beautiful Bristlenose Plec from there :D

The girls (and guys) in here are lovely and very informative, I'm greeted everytime I go into the store (sometimes multiple time) and they often remember me and any animals I have mentioned before. They seem very knowledgable about their products and animals and there animals and the enclusures always seem very clean and well looked after, and I have seen almost animals being played with, sometimes it's a mouse/rat/bird on someones shoulder as they are cleaning or a kitten getting some play time on the counter. Very reassuring, I don't generally like pet stores, but I think this one may be on the right track

Kim Rosenberg - the main vet is lovely, I had been taking my dog elsewhere for a long time and getting the same answers... took him to Kim and she nailed in about five minutes, did some tests to confirm and he's never been healthier. Kim knows about good diets and is very thorough, and she is very compassionate and sweet. She let me hold my 19 year old cat as she was put to sleep, and is very passionate about animal cruelty, she' wonderful! The other vet, Vicky, is also very kind, and good at what she does, they make you feel as if your pet is their only concern. A bit more expensive then where I had been going - but the difference it's made in his life is one hundred percent worth it.
