The Aztec Mexican Restaurant Coolangatta

Our Mexican Restaurant is extremely popular and uniquely Aztec themed. All the favourites are there such as nachos, burritos, enchiladas, etc but also some sensational seafood dishes such as mariscos burrito (with a seafood mornay filling of fish, scallops and prawns) also available in a nachos. Our prices are inexpensive with entrees from $4.50 and mains from $12.95. Children's and group bookings menu available and also takeaways. The Aztec Coolangatta is open 7 days for Lunch and Dinner.

THE AZTEC COOLANGATTAhas sweeping views of the ocean from Greenmount Beach to Surfers Paradise. Coolangatta has a themed pyramid over the kitchen and has daily Lunch Specials - 1/2 price lunch main meals only Monday - Friday Conditions apply. Two Up Tuesday - buy one main meal and receive another FREE.

Established since 1993 The Aztec Coolangatta enjoys the luxury of sensational views dining from the balcony or from inside the restaurant - quality and quantity is always assured.

Great view from the outside verandah overlooking Coolangatta beach. If you go for lunch the meals are half price. The chicken burrito is awesome. My only negative is that none of the restuarants in this chain offer any tabasco, chulola or any other type of sauce...we always take our own!

They do for sure have Tabasco but their homemade hot sauce is even better! They also have a green jalapeÃ±o sauce.

The Aztec has mexican food of a great standard. We find it better than Montezumas and the Coolongatta restaurant is very friendly and well serviced. The meals are good value and extremely delicious.
