The most lovely, wonderful & helpful man. An absolute gem. First time going to this man this morning & was thrilled. He fixed my Marc Jacobs Stam bag in a couple of minutes & didn't even charge me for it. Now that is service. You don't find many around like him. Definately going back (& paying of course), when I need any work done on any of my authentic designer bags. He is the only person I have found who I trust with them. Highly recommend to all. A specialist in his field. Got a suitcase and leather handbag fixed here. The repair work was done to the highest of standards within days. Can't fault the service, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic job and worth the wait. If you have a bag that is sentimental or expensive bags then he is definately the right guy to go to. Must take my favourite bag to get the handles replaced.

Great to deal with, he is very friendly and did a great job repairing my suitcase. The repair done is hardly visible, the job was terrific i am so happy with it. The cost was reasonable and i found it much better than replacing a perfectly good case, especially since it's Jag.
