The most lovely, wonderful & helpful man. An absolute gem. First time going to this man this morning & was thrilled. He fixed my Marc Jacobs Stam bag in a couple of minutes & didn't even charge me for it. Now that is service. You don't find many around like him. Definately going back (& paying of course), when I need any work done on any of my authentic designer bags. He is the only person I have found who I trust with them. Highly recommend to all.
