I am definitely impressed - Late on Friday I sent a text message to the Canny Co. expecting a response by early Monday at the earliest ... would you believe I already received a response and this morning a rep had already contacted me.
As for the canny collar, I had purchased one for my son to use on the one dog he refused to walk, every time i convince him to give her another go he would return to say 'never again' Fast forward ... now she has a canny collar and goes for regular happy walks. I am absolutely amazed at how well this works!

My brother and myself own an American staffy (Roman) who is very stubborn and wants to be boss all the time. Before we met Tony we were walking Roman in an harness lead device which was a struggle to walk him in as he constantly pulled and tried to be the boss. Once we were introduced to the canny collar and had our first experience with the collar by walking him around the block, my brother and I were amazed how Roman was behaving and not pulling. After a few weeks from being introduced to the canny collar Roman was a completely different dog (in positive way) he was behaving, always stayed by my left side, didn't pull and we had so much control over him.

I found the canny collar through a friend, and I immediately loved the unique bridle design behind the ears with a soft strap over the nose. I had instantly gained control over my German Shepherd puppy, where all other collars I had used were ineffective. I was now able to correct her easily when walking, which was a vast difference to her usually pulling me down the road. I highly recommend the Canny Collar to any dog owner. 

I have been a dog trainer for over ten years and have trialled several types of dog collars to help people in a simple and kind way, how to stop their dogs from pulling when on a walk. Since coming across the Canny collar it is now all I recommend, it gives people back control of their dog (big or small) and makes walking for owners and dogs enjoyable. Being an Animal Training Consultant for many years, I highly recommend the canny collar. I have found that this is the best product on the market when you are dealing with dogs pulling on the lead.
The canny collar is used as a training aid. This collar stops dogs pulling on the lead very quickly ultimately giving complete control back to the owner while at the same time being very gentle on the dog. When you receive your collar there are easy to follow instructions in the packaging.
I teach obedience classes & offer in home consults, when necessary I will give my clients a demonstration with this collar on their dog so they can see how this product works. Every single demonstration results in a sale as this product is very impressive and works well every time. My clients absolutely love how this collar can change their hard to lead dog into a well behaved dog that is walking on a loose lead beside them.
The canny leads are another excellent product, they are so strong but also soft in your hand. I haven't found any other lead that compares. I use these leads ever day.
The recall lead is another great canny product that I use and it is the perfect length for training dogs.

My Staffy (Astro 12 months old) was eager to pull on the lead whenever I took him for a walk. I had come to a point where I needed help. I was recommended to Tony who in turn put me onto the Canny Collar. After 20 minutes Astro was walking beside me and wasn't pulling. I was positive there was nothing out there that could help. As a professional dog trainer I am continually researching a products to find the best and I believe I have found this with the Canny Collar and Canny Leads. The Canny Collar is by far the best product on the market to assist people with a dog that pulls on their lead as it brings the control back to the owner and not the dog in a gentle way! Canny Leads are also an excellent design, being both durable and very comfortable to hold when walking your dog.

Hi, Its Jeff Guy and Bouncer(my cheeky German Shepherd).
Bouncer was having real problems walking next to me interested in everything else around him including barking at other dogs whilst pulling on his lead.
I have tried other training collars but found that pulling him
sideways to correct him just felt wrong,
