It is a pretty small store but seems to have everything available. Service is generally quite good although there is one particular lady who is always a bit abrupt. The quality of cakes is always very good and up to the expected 'cheesecake shop' standard.

Recently went in here to get a Baked Traditional Cheesecake and I must say I was disappointed in the cake itself. I've had this cake from another store, and I must say this cake from the Strathpine tasted different. It was the base that was the major let down, all I could taste was coconut. I ended up cutting off the base and eating the cheesecake without it. I ended up not craving the cake and didn't finish it (we got a full sized cake). I will not be going back to this store.

I have bought so many cakes from this shop! My partner cant eat cheesecake, so the staff make up a special mini one for me so that i can get through it all before it goes off. They have a great range and everything tastes fantastic and fresh!

Christmas day was a dream for me this year because instead of making my pavlova I bought it at the Cheesecake Shop. Order a week in advance and collected it the day before Christmas. I reckon they have the best Pavlova's in the world!!!

ive only been in to this shop once to get to cakes for a birthday, they had really good service, friendly i asked for them to put writing on one of the cake they did it within 2minutes, it was amazing would definatley go bak there again

I have been into this shop on numorous occassions and there is always friendly staff behind the counter, they are always good for a laugh and a joke with you. Nothing is too much trouble if you place an order and require a small change in the decorating.

i called to place an order & was spoken to very rudely. decided to go into the shop to order a cake & the only person there was a young boy. he gave me wrong information on ingredients in a certain cake which resulted in my sister having a severe allergic reaction.

terrible service both on the phone and in the shop was ordering 3 cakes one of them they made a mistake with it was for a huge birthday bash they would admit that the mistake was there fault the team member was about 15yr not manager at the shop and refused to do anything to help me
