I have been to a few shoe repairers before and the experience was poor to fair, leaving me disappointed. I have to admit that it was the interesting name of the shop as I was walking past that first drew my attention to the Cobbler's Last. So when the heel recently came off my favourite ankle boots, I decided to try them out and I am so glad I did. John and Luke are true cobblers in the sense of taking old-fashioned pride in quality work and service. I was happy with the prices. I thoroughly recommend them.

John and Luke are very nice and helpful, they literally work wonders on shoes. They've done fabulous job on my Louboutins and other designer shoes. They are amazing, I highly recommend them!

I have a pair of boots that I spent a lot of money on because I have trouble getting proper footwear for my feet. I did some online searching for reviews of shoe repair places in the city because I wanted to make sure I took them to someone who knew what they were doing. Because I've worn my boots every single cold day we've had, they had started to wear down a lot. They were wearing on the heel and the leather sole was also wearing thin - which I didn't notice until taking them in to see The Cobblers Last. I called on a Wednesday afternoon (12 ish) to see if they could repair them that day (otherwise I had no other work appropriate shoes other than sandals) - he said to bring them down and they would get them done by the end of the day. John was so lovely and professional. He said he would re-heel them and put a topy sole on for me. He noticed a scratch on them and said he would message me when they were ready to be collected. My boots were ready by 5pm and I was so happy to see they looked brand new and smelt like leather again. John had polished them up beautifully, done an excellent job on repairing the heel, and the topy was great. I was so relieved and was a nice surprise that they gave them a polish. I was going to jump online and review them straight away, but I wanted to wait and wear them first. I've worn them for two days now and they feel just as they always did, and better actually, because now I don't walk trying not to ruin them any further. I don't have to worry about wrecking them now and someone even commented on how they loved my boots yesterday! Thank you!!!!

these guys are old school cobblers, they only fix what they can and advise you if its worth doing or not. Quality work and really good guys too!

These guys are true artisans at their craft of mending shoes and leather goods. Friendly, quick with service and excellent quality are trademarks of this business since I started using them about 10 months ago.

The cobblers here are truly fantastic. They have fixed boots I thought were long gone and made old soles look brand new. I really cannot fault their service, efficiency or price - they have been consistently great.

These guys have fixed and re-heeled more than 10 pairs of my shoes! They have replaced a broken zip and repaired the whole sole on my favourite boots. They even repaired a zip on my handbag. Great quality, I am very happy that my shoes are all nice again. They are very quick and send you a text to say when your shoes are ready. Open 7 days a week -so very convenient!
