it takes ages for the orders to arrive on table (very often you get coffee which is already cooled down). most importantly, their coffee doesn`t even taste very good (thus, a bit annoyed by their high prices) & not following the coffee club standards as in other branches. food lacks attention to detail n its not even prepared properly most of the time (presumably due to huge flow of customers during the noon/lunch & rotten attitude of the kitchen staff)
Having take-away is fine as order is filled rather quickly and is always correct. However dining in is a different story. Service is slow and in need of improvement. Staff need to smile and be friendlier toward customers. (not all staff, majority are lovely). Food is a lot to be desired considering the price!

we had to sit and wait for like 20 mins to get our order taking not really happy about that but once the order was taken the was out quickly could be a more presentable but it was ok

I've never personally visited the Gladstone Coffee Club, but I have heard almost exactly the same comments from several close friends who have!
