My friends often pick Coffee Club for meetings but we have had very rude staff at times. If something is wrong, staff jump to its the customers fault. The food is usually good but don't expect to get food under 1 1/2hr before the kitchen closes.

I've never been to The Coffee Club for dinner, only lunch & breakfast. The breakfast menu is quite large & is all day, so you can get your bacon & egg fix at 2pm if you want! Breakfast options include big breakfast (mushrooms, steak, sausages, tomato, bacon, eggs & toast) classic bacon & eggs (always a winner) pancakes (pre-cooked, then microwaved but still yummy!) muesli & yoghurt (for the health conscious) & heaps more. There's an all day dining menu & the best thing off there has to be the Chicken burger (swap the barbeque sauce for herb aioli, you can thank me later!). Staff are always pleasant & wanting to help out, can take a bit of time to get them to you though. Overall, a great place to grab a bite to eat.

Coffee club always has good food,good staff,good seating etc.this one has good everything,I prefer the coffee club in canelands,but this one is always great for breakfast lunch etc catch up with friends.the outside seating is fantastic in summer too.

We now have 3 coffee clubs in Mackay, not bad for a small town! they are always very busy, so waiting lines for coffee's and meals can be longer but quality and customer service is above expectations.
