I purchased Apex Customs MOFO Drying Towel and from it's very first use it was terrible catching on badges and other trims thus pulling the loops of the towel. I certainly didn't expect this to happen so easily and would no doubt not last for long as a result. When I mentioned it to the Detail Store I was told that they have a 30 day policy and that's it. Order was placed on the 15th November and as there isn't any email tracking details I have to guess that I received around 22nd of November or of that week. I tried one of the towels late December and then my complaint to them on the 30th December. I received a reply on the 2nd Jan. dismissing my complaint and the desire to return the two not used. Really, its only a week after the 30 day policy and no flexibility at all.
I have to rethink buying from them again as not everyone will use the products straight away. They need to have a realistic return policy. I will look for other sellers which there are plenty. Not impressed

Untrust store. They put products on sale with no item in stock. Instead supply you with another similar product they simply cancel your order. They don't really care about customer fidelity, just profit.

I discovered DetailStore a year ago where I was about to start my detailing business. I am located in Gold Coast, QLD and there is not much detailing shops to walk in and get products from. So we have left with online shopping. Every time I go to detail store.com, I feel like I am walking in the store to pick what I need. I would rate the website 20 out of 10 as its very easy to find what you need and place your order. Payments methods are really helpful as they accept zip/afterpay. I haven't had any issue with DetailStore and I dont think I will ever have. I highly recommend DetailStore to anyone who is looking for high quality products on the market.
